Their online service is fast enough and I don't have any issues with my monthly withdrawals from MintonBlock digital assets investment plan. Seamless and recommended.

"I gotta be honest here"
I gotta be honest here. No bank is without its issues. But dang it BoA is pretty close. I have caught a few things wrong here and there and sometimes those wrongs are even my fault but everytime they have made it right.
Taken care of me, credit this and that back, called me back and have helped me in several other ways.
I’ve been with BOA, Citizens and Chase for decades and I like BOA the most.

How could i get responded from the customer service? why was my online banking got canceled in one month in which i forgot to pay the bill?

I worked for bankofamerica i thought. but within contacting the bank they havent gotten bck with. that is poor communicating, and i'm not asking for my money i'm tryin to tell them whats going on.
